100% owned by Mark Fletcher, newsXpress operates as a marketing group. It is not governed by the Franchise Code of Conduct as its member agreement and terms of service do not meet the criteria for a franchise.

newsXpress has never made a profit distribution. Any money that has been made by the business has been reinvested in pursuit of value for newsXpress members.
